Pojetí pozice peer konzultanta v kontextu zaměstnávání osob s duševním onemocněním a analýza jejího využití v České republice

Abstract

Cílem předkládané práce je zmapovat využití služeb peer konzultantů mezi organizacemi působící v oblasti péče o duševní zdraví. Struktura práce je následující - První kapitola nabízí hlubší uvedení do problematiky duševního onemocnění. Druhá představuje jednotlivé možnosti zaměstnání osob s duševním onemocněním a aspekty bariér vstupu na volný pracovní trh. Ve třetí kapitole je podrobněji představena pozice peer pracovníka, především pak jedna z jeho variant, tedy pozice peer konzultanta, benefity, a negativa této pozice a její srovnání s jinými možnostmi zaměstnání osob s duševním onemocněním na volném trhu práce. Poslední, tedy čtvrtá kapitola, je pak praktickou částí, jež se zabývá využíváním služeb peer konzultantů v České republice v současnosti a srovnáním s předešlými výsledky šetření. The aim of presented work is to map the use of peer consultants' services among organizations working in the field of mental health care. The structure of the work is as follows - The first chapter offers a deeper introduction to the issue of mental illness. The second one presents the individual possibilities of employment of people with mental illness and aspects of barriers to entry into the free labour market. The third chapter presents in more detail the position of the peer worker, especially one of his options, i.e. the position of the peer consultant, the benefits and the negatives of this position and comparison with other possibilities of employment of people with mental illness in the free labour market. The last, fourth chapter is the practical part, which deals with the use of the services of peer consultants in the Czech Republic at present and compares it with the previous results of the survey.
