dc.description.abstract | The airn of this diplorna thesis is to analyze the Common European Framework oJ ReJerence Jor Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assesment (CEF) and its irnportant by-product, the European Language Portfolio (ELP). Also the current situation of foreign language teaching in the Czech Republic after the release of the abovernentioned docurnents will be dealt with. The scope ofthis thesis will be focused rnainly ofGerrnan as a foreign language and its position arnong other foreign languages taught in the Czech Republic. An analysis of chosen German language textbooks used in current language education is included. The analysis is focused on the textbooks' fulfilling the criteria of current European language policy. The explorative study included in this thesis focuses on the language teachers' awareness of the issue of CEF and ELP and their opinions on advantages and disadvantages ofthe two docurnents concerned. Using the outcorne ofthe study, we try to articulate our own suggestions on improving the CEF. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Tematem teto diplomove prace je Spolecny evropskj referencni ramec pro jazyky (SERR), ktery byl vydan Radou Evropy (RE) v roce 2001, jeho charakteristika, analyza a kriticke zhodnoceni. Ureita pozomost je take venovana dUlezitemu vedlejsfmu produktu - Evropskemu jazykovemu portfoliu (EJP). V ramci diplomove prace popisuji situaci v ceskem skolstvi, ktera nastala po zverejneni tohoto dokumentu. Zameruji se na informovanost ueitelu z hlediska SERR a EJP a dale na vliv techto dokumentu na samotnou vYuku. Jelikoz SERR predstavuje dokument zverejneny RE, snazfm se take 0 zachyceni a nastin soueasne jazykove politiky a 0 priblizeni pozadi vzniku tohoto dokumentu. Jazykova politika je jednim z hlavnich bodu, kterymi se RE zabYva. Jazykova politika RE si klade za eil poukazovat na dulezitost vychovy zamerene na interkulturalitu, ktera je zakladem pro demokraticke porozumeni v Evrope. Celozivotni jazykove vzdelavani pfitom hraje velmi duleiitou roli, protoze zvysuje pracovni sance, a proto muze vest a napomahat k eventual ni pracovni mobilite. RE podporuje a napomaha k zavedeni reforem a dava podnety k inovacimjak v oblasti vzdelavani uCitelu, tak v oblasti vJ'uky cizich jazyku.
