Srovnání překladatelských metod a postupů v překladech maďarské literatury do češtiny a slovenštiny první a druhé poloviny 20. století

Abstract

Tato práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a věnuje se komparaci překladatelských metod použitých v první a druhé polovině 20. století v českých a slovenských překladech z maďarské literatury. Teoretická část vychází ze základních myšlenek teorie překladu od Jiřího Levého z druhé poloviny 20. století a dalších českých a slovenských teoretiků, uvádí základní pojmy překladatelského procesu a stanovuje klasifikační kritéria pro empirickou část a očekávané výsledky. Praktická část prezentuje pracovní postup pro výzkum struktury kapitol a rozbor děl podle užitých překladatelských metod a přístupů. Vybraná díla pro rozbor chronologicky dle vydání originálu jsou: Mór Jókai: A kőszívű ember fiai, Mór Jókai: Fekete gyémántok, Kálmán Mikszáth: Beszterce ostroma, Ferenc Molnár: A pál utcai fiúk, Sándor Márai: Csutora. U aplikovaných metod jsou uvedeny ukázky z jednotlivých překladů. Ukázky mají reprezentovat odlišnosti v jednotlivých metodách v určitém období. Kapitoly dále porovnávají překlady jako uměleckého celku. Závěr shrnuje komplexitu problematiky překladatelských metod a jejich užití ve zkoumaných dílech. This bachelor thesis has theoretical and empirical character. The thesis focuses on the comparison of the translation methods used in the first and second half of the 20th century in the Czech and Slovakian translations of Hungarian literature. The theoretical part discusses the basic ideas of the theory of translation by Jiří Levý from the second half of the 20th century and other Czech and Slovak theoreticians. Also presents the basic concepts for the translation process and determines the classification criteria for the empirical part, and also the expected results. The practical part presents the working procedure for the investigation, the structure of chapters and the analysis of the novels used by the translation methods and approaches. Selected novels are mentioned chronologically according to the date of the original release: Mór Jókai: A kőszívű ember fiai, Mór Jókai: Fekete gyémántok, Kálmán Mikszáth: Beszterce ostroma, Ferenc Molnár: A Pál utcai fiúk, Sándor Márai: Csutora. For the applied methods examples are listed from separate translations. These examples are to represent differences in the methods for a specific period.
