Problematika interpretace bezdomovectví - bezdomovectví jako sociální vyloučení nebo životní styl?

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the contradiction between how does the part of the lay public interpret the homelessness and how does the social work interpret it. The aim of the thesis is the answer to the following question. Is it possible to interpret the homelessness as a social exclusion or a life style? The theoretical part is focused on stratification, poverty, social exclusion and homelessness. This thesis is also aimed at a life style, a quality of life, a veganism and the specifics of the homeless population. The practical part is dedicated the research on how does the research sample see their own situation. This particular part analyses dates, were obtained through semi-structured interviews with homeless people.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozporem mezi tím, jak bezdomovectví interpretuje část laické veřejnosti, a tím, jak ho interpretuje sociální práce. Cílem této bakalářské práce je odpovědět na otázku: Zda lze bezdomovectví definovat jako sociální vyloučení nebo jako životní styl? Teoretická část se zabývá sociální stratifikací, chudobou, sociálním vyloučením a bezdomovectvím. Dále se tato práce zabývá životním stylem, kvalitou života, veganstvím a specifiky životního stylu u bezdomovecké populace. Praktická část se věnuje výzkumu toho, jak zkoumaný vzorek bezdomovců vidí svoji situaci. Tato část analyzuje data, která byla získána pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s bezdomovci.
