dc.description.abstract	The aim of this thesis is to determine if posturographic examination on the baropodometric multisensoric platform is appropriate for objectification of hereditary ataxia patients. The results showed that posturographic examination on this type of platform is an appropriate tool for neurological status objectification in hereditary ataxia patients and may point to the benefits and limitations of the introduction of rating scales in clinical practice.	cs_CZ
dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná dizertační práce se zabývá objektivizací neurologického nálezu u pacientů s hereditární ataxií pomocí posturografického vyšetření na baropodometrické, multisenzorické plošině. Výsledky prokázaly, že posturografické vyšetření na tomto typu plošiny je vhodným nástrojem k objektivizaci neurologického nálezu u pacientů s hereditární ataxií a také má své místo při zavádění nových klinických škál do praxe.	en_US
