Motivace k genderově netradičním vysokoškolským oborům

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje otázce motivace vysokoškolských studentů k genderově netradičním oborům. Práce je rozdělná na dvě hlavní části, teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část seznamuje se základními pojmy v oblasti genderu, která je v posledních letech poměrně často diskutovaným tématem. V empirické části se práce zaměřuje na jedince, kteří se vymykají tradičním genderovým stereotypům. Pro provedení výzkumného šetření byla použita kvalitativní metodologie s metodou rozhovorů, jež umožňují komplexní vhled do procesu rozhodování respondentů. Závěrečná část představuje samotnou analýzu a interpretaci získaných dat.

The diploma thesis concerns the question motivation for gender nontypical univerzity fields. The thesis is devided into two parts, the theoretical and the empiric part. This thesis introduced to the main ideas in the area of gender - very often discussed topic in last few years. The empirical part is focused on persons who stand out from the conservative stereotypes. For my research I am using quantitative methodology with the technique of interview, because it provides a comprehensive insight into the decision-making process of the respondents. The final part introduces the empirical analysis and interpretation of the data obtained.
