Specifika práce s dětmi, které zažily fyzické týrání, očima sociálních pracovnic

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem pracují sociální pracovnice s dětmi, které zažily fyzické týrání, a jaké strategie a metody využívají při své práci. Dále bylo mým cílem zjistit organizace a pracovníky, s nimiž tyto sociální pracovnice spolupracují. Bakalářská práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části se zpočátku zaměřuji na uvedení do problematiky týrání dětí, na historii o právech dětí a krátce zmiňuji související legislativu o ochraně práv dětí. V další části poukazuji na rizikové faktory pachatelů trestného činu týrání a společné znaky rodiny, ve kterých k týrání a zanedbávání dětí dochází. Posledním bodem teoretické části jsou informace o možných institucích a zařízeních v Praze, ve kterých pracují s dětmi, jež tuto formu týrání zažily, mnohdy i s celou rodinou dítěte současně. Hlavním zdrojem byla dostupná literatura, materiály ze seminářů a brožury, které jsem získala na své stáži. Praktická část je složena ze dvou hlavních částí. První část - kazuistiky dětí, které zažily fyzickou formu týrání. V těchto případech jsem měla možnost zjistit průběh týrání v rámci svého působení na praxi. Druhá část obsahuje shrnutí vybraných informace od sociálních pracovnic, zejména o tom, jak vypadá terapeutická práce s týranými dětmi. Ke zjištění těchto informací...

The aim of this Bachelor thesis was to find out how social workers work with children who had experienced a physical abuse and which strategies and methods they use during their work. Also, I wanted to discover all the involved subjects (organizations and other professionals) with whom the social workers cooperate in their job. Bachelor thesis is composed of the theoretical and the practical part. The beginning of my theoretical part is focused on issues regarding child physical abuse, historical aspects and also briefly the legislation of child rights protection. The other part concerns the risk factors of abusers and common features of families in which the abuse occurs. The last point of the theoretical part is to provide information about organisations and institutions in Prague which work with abused children and with other family members. The main sources were books, seminars, workshops and brochures I gained during my internship. The practical part is composed of two main subparts. Firstly, it is about the case studies of children who had experienced a physical abuse. The related materials were gained during my practice.
