Komplexnost a návaznost sociálních služeb pro jedince se zdravotním postižením

Abstrakt Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat potřeby osob se zdravotním postižením se zaměřením na osoby s mentální retardací, od jejich narození, až po ukončení jejich života a také množství, rozmanitost a kvalitu sociálních služeb s důrazem na jejich návaznost a komplexnost v bývalém okresním městě Rychnov nad Kněžnou. V práci se rovněž zaměřím na úskalí a potřeby rodiny, do které se dítě se zdravotním postižením narodí a také množství podpory a péče, které se jí v minulosti dostávalo a dostává do současnosti. Poukáži také na nesnáze spojené s dostupností sociálních služeb pro osoby se zdravotním postižením a jejich rodiny žijící ve vesnici vzdálené minimálně 20 km od okresního nebo krajského města. Ve druhé, praktické části realizuji empirické šetření s rodinami dětí se zdravotním postižením, kdy část z nich bude z okresního města nebo blízkého okolí a druhá část z více izolované části Rychnovska.

Abstract (in English): The aim of the diploma thesis is to map the needs of persons with disabilities with a focus on persons with mental retardation from birth until the end of their life and also quantity, diversity and quality of social services with emphasis on continuity and comprehensiveness in the former district town of Rychnov nad Kneznou. In this thesis, I will focus on the challenges and needs of families in which a child with disabilities was born and the amount of support and care that the child received in the past and gets in the present. Also, I point out the difficulties associated with the availability of social services for people with disabilities and their families in a village located 20 km from the district town or regional town. In the practical part, I perform empirical investigation of families with children with disabilities where some of them will come from the district town and the surrounding area and some of them from more isolated parts of Rychnov region.
