The objective of the theoretical part is to summarize knowledge about the anatomy and examination of the shoulder girdle, its frequent dysfunctions and a proposal of possibilities for kinesiotherapy. The course of kinesiotherapy in 2 patients after suture of rotator cuff is compared by casuistry method in the practical part.
