Možnosti konzervativní terapie cervikobrachiálního syndromu

Abstract

Teoretická část této bakalářské práce je zaměřena na patofyziologii funkčních a strukturálních poruch v oblasti krční páteře z pohledu kineziologie, biomechaniky a vývojové kineziologie. Dále se zabývá diagnostikou a možnostmi terapie. Obsahem praktické části jsou zpracované kazuistiky tří pacientů se shodnou základní diagnózou, ale různým funkčním nálezem. Cílem této práce je proto porovnat rozdílné přístupy v terapii těchto pacientů.

The theoretical part of my bachelor's thesis is focused on the pathophysiology of functional and structural disorders in the cervical spine from the perspective of kinesiology, biomechanics and developmental kinesiology. Additionally, focuses on diagnostics and therapy methods. The practical part of the thesis comprises three case histories of patients with the same primary diagnosis, but different functional medical findings. The aim of this thesis is to compare different approaches to treating these patients.
