Das Prager Theaterfestival deutscher Sprache und seine Bedeutung für die deutsch-tschechischen Kulturbeziehungen nach dem Jahre 1989. Reflexion des historischen Kontextes

Abstract

Bakalářská práce "Pražský divadelní festival německého jazyka a jeho význam pro česko- německé kulturní vztahy po roce 1989. Reflexe historického kontextu." se zabývá tématem německé kultury na českém území, a to jak v minulosti, tak dnes. Pohled do minulosti má pomoci zodpovědět otázku, zda je festival pouhým kulturním exportem z německy mluvících zemí, či zda se mu svým působením povedlo navázat na významnou kulturní tradici tzv. německé Prahy, která zde byla v letech 1918 - 1939. Předmětem analýzy je tedy mimo historie německých divadel v Praze především Pražský divadelní festival německého jazyka. V první části práce jsou na základě četných zdrojů popsány německé kulturní snahy na českém území v období od konce první světové války, tedy od roku 1918. Druhá část se zabývá Pražským divadelním festivalem a je časově vymezena na prvních 15 let jeho působení, tedy na léta 1996 - 2010. Tato část práce se opírá především o interní dokumenty a interview, které byly poskytnuty organizátory festivalu. Třetí část práce je zaměřena na reflexi této kulturní události v tisku, a to jak v českém, tak v německém. Důraz je kladen především na první festivalový ročník. Analýza reflexe v tisku si klade za cíl zjistit, jaká periodika, jak často a jakým způsobem informovala své čtenáře o Pražském divadelním...

The thesis entitled: "Prague German Language Theatre Festival and its Importance for the Czech-German Cultural Relations after 1989. Reflection of the Historical Context." deals with the topic of German culture in the Czech Republic, both in the past and today. The look back in time is supposed to help answer the question, whether the festival is a mere export from German-speaking countries, or whether it managed to build on important cultural tradition of so-called German Prague, which was here in 1918-1939. The subject of the analysis is, apart from a history of German theatres in Prague, primarily the Prague German Language Theatre Festival. In the first part of the thesis are described, based on numerous sources, German cultural efforts in the Czech Republic in a period from the end of the First World War, is since 1918. The second part deals with the Prague Theater Festival and is delimited to the first 15 years of its operation, ie the years 1996 - 2010. This part is mainly based on internal documents and interviews, which were provided by the festival organizers.
