Cementárna v Radotíně - založení, produkce, podnikatelské strategie 1871- 1921

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se soustředí na dějiny cementárny v Radotíně od jejího založení v roce 1871 až do roku 1921, kdy se továrna stala součástí velké pražské firmy. Práce je vypracována metodou business history a cementárna je sledována jako podnikatelský subjekt, přičemž sociální stránka celé této problematiky není zkoumána. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the history of cement factory in Radotín since its foundation in 1871 till the year 1921, when the factory became the part of big Prague company. Thesis was written by using the business history methodology and the cement factory was observed as an enterprise subject, however the social aspects of this issue aren't considered. The core part of thesis emphasizes on the foundation of the cement factory, its production capabilities and its managerial leadership.
