Porovnání výskytu inverze na 9. chromozomu u infertilních a sterilních pacientů s literárními údaji

Abstract

Pericentrická inverze chromozomu 9 [inv(9)] malého rozsahu je nejčastější inverzí u lidských chromozom. Některé publikace ji považují za variantu lidského karyotypu, která nemá klinické projevy. V této práci však zmiňuji ty studie, které dávají inverze na chromozomu 9 do souvislosti s rznými patologickými stavy, jako jsou např. sterilita, infertilita nebo některé vrozené anomálie. Výzkum probíhal v akreditované genetické laboratoři GENvia s. r. o., kde byla sbírána data za období 2004-2011. Za tuto dobu bylo vyšetřeno celkem 5195 pacient z rzných indikačních dvod, mezi nimiž bylo nalezeno celkem 84 případ s inverzí na chromozomu 9 s laboratorní incidencí 1,62 %. Indikační diagnózy jsem vzhledem k jejich množství rozdělila do šesti vytvořených skupin, z nichž jedna nese název sterilita/infertilita. V této skupině bylo nalezeno 23 případ s inverzí na 9. chromozomu, což činí 27,38 % z celkového počtu nalezených inverzí na chromozomu 9. Výskyt této inverze jsem zaznamenala i u ostatních indikačních skupin: vrozené vývojové vady u pacienta, vrozené vývojové vady v rodinné anamnéze, dárci pohlavních buněk, psychomotorická a mentální retardace, jiná diagnóza. Nejvíce nález inverze chromozomu 9, bylo zaznamenáno ve skupině jiná diagnóza, tj. ve skupině vytvořené z případ, jejichž indikace nespadá do žádné jiné...

The pericentric inversion of the chromosome 9 [inv (9)] is the most common small-scale inversions in the human chromosomes. Some publications consider it as a variation of the human karyotype, which has no clinical manifestations. However there are mentioned the studies in this thesis that reports the inversion on the chromosome 9 in connection with the various pathological conditions, such as sterility, infertility, or some congenital anomalies. However, most attention is paid to the patients who were evaluated for the indication due to the failure of reproduction (sterility or infertility). The research was conducted in the accredited genetic laboratory GENvia s.r.o., where the data of the period 2004-2011 are collected. During this period a total of 5195 patients of variety indication reasons were examined. Totally 84 cases of them were found with inversion of the chromosome 9 with an incidence of 1.62 % laboratory. The indication diagnoses are divided into six created groups because of their quantity. One of them is called sterility/infertility. There were found 23 cases with inversion in the 9th chromosome in this group. It makes 27.38 % totally of the amount found in the chromosome inversions 9th.
