Sociálně-kognitivní analýza šikany u studentů středních škol

Abstract

Šikana ve školním prostředí je v dnešní době hojně diskutované téma. Ve své diplomové práci se autorka pokusil toto téma shrnout a následně vyhodnotit názory na šikanu studentů středních škol. Problematika je rozšířena o vztahovou dimenzi ve školní třídě. V teoretické části se autorka věnuje celkovému problému šikany, vymezení hlavních pojmů, definicí a zaměřuje se na šikanu ve škole. Snaží se pochopit dynamiku šikany, její vnik, stádia i její následky. Zaměřuje se na osobnost oběti, agresora a dalších zainteresovaných subjektů. Dále se věnuje vyšetřování šikany a samotné prevenci proti šikaně. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, která je rozdělitelná do tří samostatných částí: První je zaměřena na prevenci a případné řešení šikany pomocí poznávací pedagogiky. Autorka absolvoval pozorování Intervenčního programu proti šikaně v jedné základní škole v Praze. Na základě tohoto pozorování popsal metody her, díky nimž se zlepšilo klima dané třídy. Druhá část je zaměřena na výzkum mezi studenty vybraných středních škol. Pomocí dotazníku se autorka snaží zjistit názor dnešních studentů na šikanu, jak k ní přistupují a jestli se s ní setkávají. Bullying at school is nowadays a widely discussed topic. In her thesis, the author tried to summarize this topic and then evaluate the opinions of high school students on bullying. The problem is enhanced by relational dimension in the classroom. In the theoretical part the author deals with the overall problem of bullying, definition of key terms, definitions and focuses on bullying in school. She seeks to understand the dynamics of bullying, its penetration, stages, and its aftermath. She focuses on the personality of the victim, aggressor and other stakeholders. The theoretical part also discusses the investigation of bullying and bullying prevention alone. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which the author divided into three separate parts: The first part is aimed at preventing bullying and possible solutions using cognitive education. The author observed an anti-bullying intervention program in one elementary school in Prague. Based on this observation, the author described game methods, which improved the climate inside the given class. The second part focuses on research among students of selected secondary schools.
