dc.description.abstract	This dissertation is focused on the problem of employing people with medical handicap in the free labour market. In the seven chapters there is the organization and regulation of state policy of employment, in the situation of handicaped people after October 2004, in labour-law relations and in the service "support employment". The practical part includes data evaluation from the questionnaire for handicapped people.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením na volném trhu práce. V sedmi kapitolách je obsažena organizace a řízení státní politiky zaměstnanosti, situace osob se zdravotním postižením po říjnu 2004, státní politika zaměstnanosti pro osoby se zdravotním postižením, druhy pracovně právních vztahů a služba "podporované zaměstnávání". Praktická část obsahuje vyhodnocení dotazníku pro osoby se zdravotním postižením.	cs_CZ
