Vztah učitel a žák ve výuce náboženství a katechezi

Abstract

Diplomová práce "Vztah učitel a žák při výuce náboženství a katechezi" pojednává o některých aspektech vzájemných vztahů ve výuce náboženství a katechezi. V první části práce jsou popsány některé obecné rysy vztahu mezi učitelem a žákem z pohledu pedagogiky a psychologie a nastíněny některé etické aspekty tohoto vztahu. Druhá část práce se zabývá specifiky vztahů vznikajících ve výuce náboženství a v katechezi. Z obsahu a cíle katecheze (jímž je růst víry katechizovaných) a výuky náboženství (vytvoření zralého a odpovědného vztahu k víře a křesťanství) vyplývá, že vztah mezi učitelem a žákem je mnohem bližší a osobnější než při výuce běžných předmětů. Tento vztah by měl být založen především na vzájemné úctě a důvěře. Tato blízkost se může stát zdrojem vzájemného obohacení, ale také s sebou přináší významné riziko selhání a zneužití. Tyto škody mají vážné důsledky pro rozvoj osobnosti katechizovaného, jeho vztahu k sobě, ke světu i k Bohu. Odpovědnost v takových případech je vždy na straně katechety (učitele). Zdravý vztah mezi subjekty katecheze předpokládá vysokou úroveň osobní zralosti katechety. Cestou minimalizace rizik není rezignace na blízkost a hloubku vzájemných vztahů v katechezi, ale spíše je důležité se zaměřit na správnou formaci katechetů, která zahrnuje rozpoznání povolání a přípravu...

The diploma thesis "Teacher-Pupil Relation in Religious Education and Catechesis" presents some aspects of relations in religious education and catechesis. In the first part of the thesis, some general characteristics of teacher-pupil relation are described from the perspective of pedagogy and psychology and some ethic aspects of this relation are outlined. The second part deals with the specific features of the relations developed in religious education and catechesis. The subject and aim of catechesis (which is the growth of the catechised's faith) and of the religious education (the developement of mature and responsible attitude towards religious belief and Christianity) both imply the conclusion, that the teacher-pupil relation is much closer and more personal than in other school subjects teaching. This relation should be, above all, based on mutual love and respect. This proximity can become the source of mutual enrichment, but it also brings a considerable risk of failure and abuse. The damages caused this way have grave consequences for the personal developement of the catechised, their relation towards themselves, other people and God.
