Poslání Charity ve spektru sociálních služeb v Havlíčkově Brodě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce POSLÁNÍ CHARITY VE SPEKTRU SOCIÁLNÍCH SLUŽEB V HAVLÍČKOVĚ BRODĚ Autor práce: Jiří Kadlec Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Libor Ovečka, Th.D. PRAHA 2009 Resumé Autor bakalářské práce ukazuje, že poslání charitní služby v podání Oblastní charity Havlíčkův Brod má své nezastupitelné místo ve spektru sociálních služeb ve městě Havlíčkův Brod, což dokládá podrobným výčtem poskytovaných sociálních služeb uvedených jednotlivými poskytovateli v Registru sociálních služeb Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí, ověřeným reálným stavem a vlastní praxí, včetně dotazníkového šetření mezi pracovníky a klienty Oblastní charity a zástupci managementu jiných poskytovatelů sociálních služeb. Stručným shrnutím zjištěných poznatků lze konstatovat, že na rozdíl od ostatních poskytovatelů sociálních služeb nabízí Oblastní charita řadu služeb, které jiné subjekty nenabízí a výlučná je rovněž i její pozornost věnovaná naplňování duchovních potřeb klientů vyplývající z poslání charitní služby jako takové. Autor práce předkládá i některé zjištěné nedostatky a navrhuje možnosti pro jejich řešení. Konkrétně se jedná zejména o problematiku výběru a přípravy charitního pracovníka pro výkon charitní služby, oblast spolupráce mezi Oblastní charitou a místním farním společenstvím, dořešení způsobu naplňování duchovních potřeb klientů...

Anglická anotace "Charity mission in the spectrum of social services in Havlíčkův Brod" Author of tis bachelor thesis shows that the mission of Charity services in the administration of Regional Charity Havlíčkův Brod has an irreplaceable position in the spectrum of social services in the town of Havlíčkův Brod. This is illustrated by using the detailed listing of social services provided by individual providers of social services in the Register of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, which corresponds with actual situation and conclusions found in questionnaire survey among emploees and clients of the Regional Charity Havlíčkův Brod and regional management representatives of other providers of social services. Brief summary of recorded knowledge can be noted that, in contrast to other providers of social services, the Regional Charity offers exclusive range of social services and pay attention to fulfilling the spiritual needs resulting from the mission Charity services as such. The author presents also some shortcomings and proposes options for dealing with them.
