Abstract

Klášter v Brou Zuzana Ždárská Résumé Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o areálu pozdně gotického kláštera a kostela v burgundském Brou v dnešním regionu Rhône-Alpes ve Francii, založeném v roce 1506 a stavěném do roku 1532. Věnuje se také životním osudům Markéty Rakouské, regentky Nizozemí a dcery císaře Maxmiliána I., která klášter založila jako místo posledního odpočinky pro sebe, svého manžela a jeho matku. Těžiště práce spočívá v podrobném přehledu o průběhu výstavby kláštera i kostela v Boru a jeho stavebního vývoje se všemi jeho příslušnými souvislostmi. Je zde popsána podoba jednotlivých staveb a není opomenuta ani jejich výzdoba. Její ohromné bohatství představuje jednu z typických charakteristik celého komplexu a spojuje fundaci nizozemské regentky Markéty Rakouské se širší skupinou podobných staveb zejména na území současné Belgie a Nizozemí. Pozornost je v této části práce věnována zejména sochařské výzdobě chrámu v Brou, která vrcholí v jeho nejvýznamnější části - na hrobkách Markéty Rakouské, jejího manžela vévody savojského Filiberta Sličného a jeho matky Markéty Bourbonské. Zpracování tématu vychází z velké části z materiálů, které autorka získala přímo v knihovně a archivu muzea v Brou v rámci osobních návštěv lokality s laskavou spoluprací správkyně těchto institucí paní Michèle Duflot....

Monastery of Brou Zuzana Žďárská Résumé This bachelor's work treat the late gothic complex of the monastery and the church in burgundian Brou in todays region of Rhône-Alpes in France founded in 1506 and built untill 1532. It also attends the life of the Marguerite of Austria, the regent of the Netherlands and daughter of the emperor Maxmilien I., who founded the monastery as a place of a perpetual repose for herself, for her husband and his mother. The gravity centre of the work reposes in the detailed summary of the development of the monastery and it's construction progress with all the relevant context. It describes the form of the particular buildings and their decoration. The great abundance of the decoration represents one of the most typical characteristics of the complex and connects this regent's of Netherlands Marguerite's of Austria foundation with a wider group of similar buildings on the territory of todays Belgium and Netherlands. The main attention in this part of the work is given mostly to the sculptural decoration of the church in Brou, which culminates in it's most important part - the tombs of Marguerite of Austria, her husband duke of Savoy Filibert the Fair and his mother Marguerite of Bourbon.
