Plán reformy farností v královehradecké diecézi

Abstract

Resumé Diplomová práce je prvním obsáhlejším zpracováním problematiky reformy farností v diecézi Hradec Králové. Skrze eklesiologické pojetí, doplněné sekulárním pohledem (sociologickým, právním, hospodářským) umožňuje blíže porozumět farnosti. Ta je totiž součástí církve - putujícího božího lidu, ale také světskou právnickou osobou, společenstvím i institucí, je poslána shromažďovat a hlásat evangelium a zároveň je omezena mnoha povinnostmi. Na základě historických, geografických i sociálních důvodů přibližuje autor situaci panující v této diecézi, neboť ta se nesestává z jedné homogenní oblasti, ale několik oblastí s různou religiozitou, demografickými a společenskými trendy, které se zpětně odrážejí na stavu farností. Na počátku třetího tisíciletí mnoho z farností neodpovídalo definici kanonického práva, nebylo plnohodnotným společenstvím, trpělo nedostatkem věřících i finančních prostředků a bylo dlouhodobě bez vlastního pastýře. Proto vznikl plán na reformu farního systému, spočívající především ve slučování menších a neživotaschopných farností do farností kmenových. Plán a průběh reformy se liší od situace ve dvou dalších místních církvích, kde také slučování a obnovu farností realizují. Title: THE PLAN OF REFORM THE PARISH SYSTEM IN DIOCESE HRADEC KRÁLOVÉ Abstract: The thesis deals with a problematic reform of parishes in Hradec Králové diocese. On historical, geographical and social aspect the thesis introduces into situation which governs in this diocese because it does not contain from a homogenous region but from several regions with different religiosity and state of parishes. Many parishes did not conform with a canon law definition, were not adequate community, suffered with lack of faithful and financial resources, and were long time without their own priest. For that reason has arisen a plan to reform the parish system, which base on gathering of smaller an noviable parishes into root parishes. Unlike Pilsen diocese, where parishes gathering already passed, is gathering in Hradec Králové many year process, which specificity and history the author tries to describe in general matter, as well as describe it in specific example in Jičín vicarage. In conclusion of the thesis are asked questions and found responses after the reform, hopes and possible steps, which will the parishes gathering supplement and strengthen the parish role such as the full-value community.
