Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma "Náplň práce pastoračního pracovníka v hospici" se snaží doložit nepostradatelnost pastoračního pracovníka v multidisciplinárním týmu pečujícím o pacienty v hospici. Poukazuje na odbornou literaturu a také na osobní zkušenosti autorky. Práce je rozdělena na šest oddílů. První z nich se věnuje vysvětlení a přiblížení základních pojmů, s nimiž se setkáváme v celé práci. Druhý oddíl je zaměřen na právní předpisy a dohody, na nichž je založena pastorační práce ve zdravotnictví. Třetí oddíl pak je nejrozsáhlejší a věnuje se samotné práci pastoračního pracovníka v hospici. Charakteristické jsou pro ni čtyři okruhy a to práce s pacienty, s jejich rodinou a blízkými, se zaměstnanci hospice a nakonec s pozůstalými. Stejně důležité je téma spirituálních potřeb pacientů, jimž se věnuje čtvrtý oddíl. Samozřejmostí jsou pracovní nástroje pastoračního pracovníka, které shrnuje pátý oddíl. Poslední oddíl je věnovaný tématu smrt. V rámci komplexní péče o blaho člověka je pastorační pracovník nepostradatelnou součástí týmu okolo pacienta v terminálním stádiu. The bachelor ́s work with the topic "Activities of A Hospice Pastoral Worker" tries to show indispensability of a pastoral worker in a multidisciplinary team looking after patients in a hospice. It refers to literature concerning the subject, and to personal experience of the author. The work is divided into six sections. The first of these explains and clarifies some basic conceptions mentioned in the work. The second section focuses on legal regulations and agreements in healthcare pastoral work. The third section is the largest and describes work of a hospice pastoral worker. There are four characteristic domains E work with patients, with their family and friends, with hospice staff, and with surviving relatives. An essential topic are spiritual needs of patients, described in the fourth chapter. The fifth section focuses on tools of a pastoral worker, which are also very important. At the end of the bachelor ́s work there is a chapter concerning the topic of death.
