Implementace Atraumatické péče v pediatrickém ošetřovatelství

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the implementation of atraumatic care in pediatric nursing. Atraumatic care represents an approach aimed at minimizing the psychological and physical burden on the child during hospitalization and other medical interventions. The key principles of this approach are defined - minimizing pain and stress, supporting the presence of family, and strengthening the child's sense of control. Specific methods of pain relief are also described, including non-pharmacological strategies and tools such as the Wong - Baker Faces Pain Scale. Furthermore, insights gained during a foreign internship in Norway and practical experience in a pediatric emergency department are presented. The aim of the thesis is to create clear and supportive educational material in the Czech language, which can serve as a practical aid for general nurses in pediatrics and other areas of nursing.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá implementací atraumatické péče v pediatrickém ošetřovatelství. Atraumatická péče představuje přístup zaměřený na minimalizaci psychické a fyzické zátěže dítěte během hospitalizace a dalších zdravotnických intervencí. Jsou definovány klíčové principy tohoto přístupu - minimalizace bolesti a stresu, podpora přítomnosti rodiny a posilování pocitu kontroly dítěte. Popsány jsou také konkrétní metody tišení bolesti, včetně nefarmakologických strategií a nástrojů, jako je Wong- Baker obličejová škála bolesti. Dále jsou prezentovány poznatky získané během zahraniční stáže v Norsku a z praxe na dětském urgentním příjmu. Cílem práce je vytvořit srozumitelný podpůrný výukový materiál v českém jazyce, který může sloužit jako praktická pomůcka pro všeobecné sestry v pediatrii i dalších oblastech ošetřovatelství.
