Abstract

Témou práce bude estetika a sémiológia divadla v prostredí českého štrukturalizmu, ktorého ústrednou tézou je divadlo ako systém znakov. Cieľom práce bude na základe analýzy štrukturalistickej divadelnej teórie Pražského lingvistického krúžku a následnej komparácie s Levého pojatím prekladu určiť styčné body a limity chápania divadelnej inscenácie ako prekladu dramatického textu. Práve autori spätí s tradíciou českého štrukturalizmu zdôrazňujú, že inscenácia nie je len pasívnym prevodom textu do novej podoby, ale tvorivá transpozícia textu do nového média. V úvode práce sa preto budem venovať východiskám a pojmom, ktoré autori používajú a na ich základe sa pokúsim predstaviť hlavné rysy a argumenty štrukturalistického poňatia tvorivej transpozície textu. V druhej časti práce do problematiky vnesiem teóriu prekladu Jiřího Levého, ktorý zdôrazňuje nie len reprodukčnú, ale aj tvorivú zložku prekladu a zároveň tvrdí, že existuje blízkosť umeleckého prekladu a hereckého prejavu. The thesis will revolve around aesthetics and semiotics of theater in the means of Czech structuralism, in which the main point stands on the thought that theater is a system of signs. The main goal of the thesis is to obtain intersections as well as limits to the thought that staging is a form of translation of the dramatic text. This thought is going to be analyzed based on the principles given by the Prague linguistic circle and its structuralist concept of theater, and later compared to the concept of translation of Jiří Levý. Authors linked to the circle are the ones claiming that the staging part is not only a passive conversion of the text to a new form, yet a creative act of transposition of the text to a new kind of media.
