Význam společenství obcí

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the newly created institution of the community of municipalities and the reasons for its creation. In the theoretical introduction, the thesis focuses on inter- municipal cooperation, forms and methods of inter-municipal cooperation and the actors that influence it. Then the thesis analyses the issue of territorial fragmentation in the Czechia. The second part of the thesis is devoted to a socio-geographical analysis of the communities established so far and to an analysis of the reasons for the establishment of the selected communities, based on interviews with their representatives. The answers of the respondents are divided into seven thematic categories according to key words. The thesis then evaluates each category and presents conclusions drawn from the analysis. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nově vzniklým institutem společenství obcí a důvodům jeho vzniku. V teoretickém úvodu se práce věnuje meziobecní spolupráci, formám a metodám meziobecní spolupráce a aktérům, kteří ji ovlivňují. Dále pak práce rozebírá problematiku územní fragmentace v Česku. Druhá část práce se věnuje socio geografické analýze dosud založených společenství obcí a analýze důvodů vzniku vybraných společenství, a to na základě rozhovorů s jejich představiteli. Odpovědi respondentů jsou rozděleny do sedmi tematických kategorií podle klíčových slov. Dále práce vyhodnocuje jednotlivé kategorie a předkládá závěry plynoucí z provedené analýzy.
