Mezioborová spolupráce v péči o seniory s demencí

Abstract

This Bachelor's thesis called 'Interdisciplinary cooperation in care of people with dementia' addresses the interdisciplinary cooperation in care of people with dementia. It introduces the terms of demographic aging of the population and the higher prevalence of dementia that goes with it, it concerns itself with the most frequent types of dementia and its diagnostics. Next, this work introduces the changes of long-term care in the Czech republic, the situation with informal carers and summarizes the support possibilities. Its main topic is the interdisciplinary cooperation between social care and healthcare, and other subjects that take part in the care of people with dementia. The whole work is completed with quotes from interviews with medical professionals. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mezioborovou spoluprací v péči o seniory s demencí. Přibližuje pojmy demografické stárnutí společnosti a s ním spojená vyšší prevalence demence, představuje nejčastější typy demence a jejich diagnostiku. Dále rozebírá proměny dlouhodobé péče v České republice, situaci neformálních pečujících a shrnuje možnosti jejich finanční podpory. Jako hlavní téma představuje mezioborovou spolupráci mezi sociálními a zdravotnickými, případně dalšími subjekty, které se na péči o seniora s demencí podílejí. V celé práci nalezneme útržky z rozhovorů s odborníky.
