Proces osamostatnění klientů s poruchou autistického spektra skrze tréninkové chráněné bydlení

Abstract

The content of this bachelor thesis is the process of independence of clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through the service of training sheltered housing. The purpose of the thesis is to analyse the course of this process, to identify individual key factors influencing the success of independence and to determine the level of effectiveness of the training sheltered housing as a social support tool. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the description of autism spectrum disorder, introduces the reader to the service of training sheltered housing and the independence itself. The practical part is based on the analysis of three case studies of clients who have gone through this service or are currently using it. The research is based on the study of documentation provided by the organisations NAUTIS, etf. and Mikasa, etf. and on direct observation. The results of the research show that the individual motivation of the client, the level of support provided and the availability of follow-up services play a key role in the process of becoming independent. The conclusion of the thesis emphasis the importance of an individual approach, the need to develop additional support mechanisms and the necessity to anchor this service systemically in legislation.

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je proces osamostatňování klientů s poruchou autistického spektra (PAS) skrze službu tréninkového chráněného bydlení. Cílem práce je analyzovat průběh tohoto procesu, identifikovat jednotlivé klíčové faktory ovlivňující úspěšnost osamostatnění a zjištění míry efektivity tréninkového chráněného bydlení jako nástroje sociální podpory. Teoretická část práce se věnuje popisu poruchy autistického spektra, seznamuje čtenáře se službou tréninkového chráněného bydlení i se samotným osamostatněním. Praktická část je založena na analýze tří kazuistik klientů, kteří touto službou prošli nebo ji aktuálně využívají. Výzkum se opírá o studium dokumentace poskytnuté organizacemi NAUTIS, z.ú a Mikasa, z.s. a o přímé pozorování. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že individuální motivace klienta, míra poskytnuté podpory a dostupnost návazných služeb hrají klíčovou roli v procesu osamostatnění. Závěr práce zdůrazňuje klíčovost individuálního přístupu, potřebu rozvoje dalších podpůrných mechanismů a nutnost systémového ukotvení této služby v legislativě.
