Abstract

Retirement pension insurance system of Czech republic Abstract The diploma thesis desrcibes the pension system of the Czech Republic. It is divided into eight chapters. The sources of my thesis are literature, legislation, case law and statistics published on the websites of public institutions. The presented thesis tries to cover and desribe the most common topics of the pension system and individual benefits resutlting from it. The first three chapters describe the historical development, the principles of pension insurance and the pension system itself. The third to seventh chapter deal with the individual claims arising from the pension system and their possible concurrence or competition. The last chapter evaluates the current legislation reflecting the planned pension reform. The aim of this thesis was to give a clear explanation of selected institutes of the pension system. Due to the scale of the issue, the work did not aim to cover and describe all areas of the pension insurance system. The first chapter focuses on the basic principles of the pension insurance and the historical excursion. Systém dávek důchodového pojištění České republiky Abstrakt Diplomová práce popisuje důchodový systém České republiky. Je rozdělena do osmi kapitol, které se člení do podkapitol. Při psaní diplomové práce jsem čerpala z odborné literatury, stávajících i historických právních předpisů, judikatury soudů a statistických údajů zveřejněných na webových stránkách převážně státních a veřejných institucí. Předkládaná práce se snaží postihnout a popsat nejčastější témata důchodového systému a jednotlivé dávky z něj vyplývající. První tři kapitoly popisují historický vývoj, principy důchodového pojištění a důchodový systém jako takový. Třetí až sedmá kapitola se poté zabývá jednotlivými nároky plynoucích z důchodového systému a jejich případným souběhem či konkurencí. Poslední kapitola hodnotí stávající právní úpravu s reflektováním plánované důchodové reformy. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo podat srozumitelný výklad vybraných institutů důchodového systému. Vzhledem k rozsáhlosti problematiky si práce nekladla za cíl postihnout a popsat všechny oblasti systému důchodového pojištění. První kapitola se zaměřuje na elementární principy důchodového pojištění a historický exkurs.
