Kriminalistická balistika

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is forensic ballistics, one of the oldest fields within forensic science. It examines the use of firearms, ammunition, and many other related aspects in connection with the commission of crimes. This thesis focuses on forensic ballistics itself and frequently addresses its technical aspects. Emphasizing primary sources, foreign literature, and primary research, the thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the field in seven sections. The first section generally discusses the concept of forensic ballistics. It also addresses ballistics itself, as its definition is essential for understanding forensic ballistics, and introduces the various subfields of ballistics. The second section presents an overview of the historical development of forensic ballistics. The first chapter describes the evolution of the field worldwide by presenting renowned experts and the cases for which they became famous. The subsequent chapter provides information on the genesis of the field in the Czech crown lands from an institutional perspective. It also generally discusses the death of countess Windischgrätz. Tématem této diplomové práce je kriminalistická balistika, která je jedním z nejstarších kriminalistických oborů. Ve svém zkoumání se zabývá střelnými zbraněmi, střelivem a mnoha dalšími okolnostmi v souvislosti s pácháním trestné činnosti. Tato práce se zaměřuje na kriminalistickou balistiku jako takovou a často se dotýká jejích technických aspektů. S důrazem na použití primárních zdrojů, zahraniční literatury a vlastního výzkumu poskytuje práce ucelený pohled na obor v sedmi částech. První část obecně pojednává o pojmu kriminalistické balistiky. Tato část se také věnuje samotné balistice, protože její vymezení je nezbytné pro pochopení kriminalistické balistiky. V rámci této části se také lze seznámit s jednotlivými podobory balistiky. Druhá část se zabývá přehledem historického vývoje kriminalistické balistiky. První kapitola popisuje vývoj oboru ve světě prostřednictvím představení známých expertů a případů, jimiž se proslavili. Následující kapitola obsahuje informace o genezi oboru v zemích koruny české z institucionálního pohledu. Věnuje se také v obecné rovině smrti kněžny Windischgrätzové. Třetí část vysvětluje balistické stopy, po úvodu do problematiky následují tři kapitoly.
