Abstract

Title: Case study of a patient after knee disarticulation Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to theoretically cover the issue of amputations with a focus on knee disarticulation and the creation of prosthetic equipment for a patient after knee disarticulation. Methods: The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the anatomical structures of the knee joint area, introduces the issue of amputations and describes amputation procedures on the lower limb with a special focus on the description of knee disarticulation. At the end of the theoretical part is a chapter focused on the description of prostheses and the possibilities of prosthetic equipment for the patient after knee disarticulation. Results: The result is a prosthesis that fits the patient and allows him to live a more active and fulfilling life. Thanks to better equipment, the patient's quality of life has increased. Název: Kazuistika pacienta po exartikulaci kolenního kloubu Cíle: Cílem práce je teoretické obsažení problematiky amputací se zaměřením na exartikulaci v kolenním kloubu a zhotovení protetického vybavení pro konkrétního pacienta po exartikulaci v kolenním kloubu. Metody: Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Náplní teoretické části je popis anatomických struktur v oblasti kolenního kloubu, seznámení s problematikou amputací a popis amputačních výkonů na dolní končetině se speciálním zaměřením na popis exartikulace v kolenním kloubu. Na závěr teoretické části je umístěna kapitola zaměřená na popis protéz a možností protetického vybavení pacienta po exartikulaci v kolenním kloubu. Výsledky: Výsledkem je zhotovená protéza, která pacientovi vyhovuje a umožňuje mu žít aktivnější plnohodnotný život. Díky lepšímu vybavení se zvýšila pacientova kvalita života.
