Svatava Neuwirthová Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient after total hip replacement Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to present a case study of a patient following total hip replacement and to summarize the latest theoretical information related to the issue of coxarthrosis and total hip replacement. Methods: This bachelor's thesis is structured as a case study. The theoretical part includes a content analysis of academic Czech and international literature focused on total hip arthroplasty and hip osteoarthritis. In the practical part, an individual short-term and long-term physiotherapy plan was developed based on the patient's medical history and initial kinesiological assessment. The therapeutic intervention included soft tissue techniques, mobilization techniques according to Lewit, post-isometric relaxation (PIR) according to Lewit, PIR with stretching according to Janda, respiratory physiotherapy (RFT), sensorimotor stimulation (SMS) according to Janda and Vávrová, and therapeutic physical exercises. Svatava Neuwirthová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat kazuistiku pacienta po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu a shrnout nejnovější teoretické poznatky týkající se problematiky koxartrózy a totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Metody: Bakalářská práce je zpracována formou kazuistiky. V teoretické části práce byla provedena obsahová analýza odborných českých a cizojazyčných literárních zdrojů zaměřených na problematiku totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu a koxartrózy. Ve speciální části byl základě odebrané anamnézy a vstupního kineziologického rozboru navržen dlouhodobý a krátkodobý individuální fyzioterapeutický plán. V průběhu terapií byly využity techniky měkkých tkání, mobilizační techniky dle Lewita, metoda postizometrické relaxace (PIR) dle Lewita, metoda PIR s protažením dle Jandy, respirační fyzioterapie (RFT), senzomotorická stimulace (SMS) dle Jandy a Vávrové a léčebná tělesná výchova (LTV). Účinnost terapie byla hodnocena porovnáním vstupního a výstupního kineziologického vyšetření.
