Petra Reckziegelová Title: Case Report of Physiotherapeutic Care of a Patient after Total Knee Arthroplasty Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the causes and development of gonarthrosis leading to the indication of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) and to present the physiotherapeutic procedures applied in patients after this surgery. The practical part focuses on a case report of a specific patient after TKA, monitoring the course and effect of physiotherapeutic interventions. Methods: The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy and kinesiology of the knee joint and further describes the issue of knee osteoarthritis and its treatment options. It also addresses the topic of total knee arthroplasty, including the management of physiotherapeutic care in the preoperative and postoperative periods, with an emphasis on physical therapy. The practical part presents a case report of a patient after TKA of the right knee joint. It includes medical history, initial kinesiology examination, setting of short- and long-term therapeutic goals, a detailed description of eight physiotherapy sessions, and final evaluation assessing the effectiveness of the therapy. Petra Reckziegelová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po TEP kolenního kloubu Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat příčiny a vývoj gonartrózy vedoucí k indikaci totální endoprotézy (TEP) kolenního kloubu a přiblížit postup fyzioterapeutické péče u pacientů po této operaci. Speciální část se věnuje kazuistice konkrétního pacienta po TEP kolenního kloubu, u kterého je sledován průběh a efekt fyzioterapeutických intervencí. Metody: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a speciální část. Teoretická část se věnuje anatomii a kineziologii kolenního kloubu, dále popisuje problematiku osteoartrózy kolenního kloubu a možnosti její terapie. Následně je zpracována tematika implantace totální endoprotézy (TEP) kolenního kloubu včetně managementu fyzioterapeutické péče v předoperačním a pooperačním období s využitím fyzikální terapie. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta po implantaci TEP pravého kolenního kloubu. Zahrnuje anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, stanovení krátkodobých a dlouhodobých cílů terapie, detailní popis osmi fyzioterapeutických jednotek a výstupní vyšetření s hodnocením efektu terapie.
