Svatava Neuwirthová Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after total hip arthroplasty implantation Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to present the problematics of osteoarthritis of the hip joint, diagnostic procedures, preventive measures, prognosis and treatment options from regimen and physiotherapy to surgical solution, i.e. implantation of total hip arthroplasty. A case report of a patient with total hip arthroplasty, physiotherapeutic care of the hospitalized patient and evaluation of physiotherapeutic procedures and the effect of therapy is included. Methods: Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and special. The theoretical part presents the anatomy of the hip joint in kinesiological context, analysis of the disease, treatment options and introduction to the issue of total hip replacement implantation. In the special section, a case report of a patient with total hip arthroplasty and an evaluation of the effect of therapy are presented. Results: Thesis provides an overview of current knowledge that may contribute to improving the care of patients with total hip arthroplasty. Svatava Neuwirthová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu Cíle: Cílem práce je představení problematiky osteoartrózy kyčelního kloubu, diagnostických postupů, preventivních opatření, prognózy a možnosti léčby od režimových opatření a fyzioterapie až po chirurgické řešení, tj. implantaci totální endoprotézy. Dalším cílem je zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s totální endoprotézou kyčelního kloubu, fyzioterapeutická péče o hospitalizovaného pacienta a zhodnocení fyzioterapeutických postupů a efektu terapie. Metody: Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a speciální. V teoretické části je představena anatomie kyčelního kloubu v kineziologických souvislostech, rozbor onemocnění, možnosti terapie a úvod do problematiky implantace totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. V části speciální je zpracována kazuistika pacientky s totální endoprotézou a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Práce přináší přehled aktuálních poznatků, které mohou přispět ke zlepšení péče o pacienty s totální endoprotézou kyčelního kloubu.
