Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po transplantaci srdce

Author: Klára Kuruczová Supervisor: MUDr. Andrea Švojgrová Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after heart transplantation Objectives: This case study aims to analyze information related to the patient's primary diagnosis before the heart transplant-dilated cardiomyopathy, and to document the exercise sessions, their effects, and the progression of therapy. Methods: This bachelor's thesis is divided into a general part, i.e. a search of both internet and book sources regarding the diagnosis of the patient, for whom a case report is subsequently prepared. This is already addressed in a special chapter, which I worked on during continuous internships during January 2025, more precisely in the period from 13.1. 2025 to 30.1. 2025, when the patient left the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine on his own the day after and was discharged to home care. Results: During the course of twelve physiotherapy sessions, the patient showed overall positive regress. One of the key indicators of improvement was the evaluation of the Barthel Index, where the patient's ADL score was 4 (the lowest) at the first session and had improved to ADL 2 by the final session, indicating almost full independence. Autor: Klára Kuruczová Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Andrea Švojgrová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po transplantaci srdce Cíle: Tato kazuistická práce má za cíl zpracovat informace týkající se hlavní diagnózy pacienta před provedenou transplantací, a to tedy dilatační kardiomyopatie a souvisle s tím zaznamenat cvičební jednotky, jejich účinek a průběh během terapie. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce je rozložena do části obecné, tedy do rešerše jak internetových, tak i knižních zdrojů týkajících se diagnózy pacienta, na kterého je následně vypracovaná kazuistika. Tou se zabývá již speciální kapitola, na které jsem pracovala v průběhu souvislých praxí během ledna 2025, přesněji v období 13.1. 2025-30.1. 2025, kdy den poté pacient sám opustil Institut klinické a experimentální medicíny a byl propuštěn do domácí péče. Výsledky: Během fyzioterapeutické péče v rozmezí dvanácti společných terapií došlo k celkové pozitivní regresi pacienta. Jedním z objektivních důkazů je i vyhodnocení Barthel Indexu nejnižší hodnotou ADL (všední denní činnosti) 4 při prvním setkání a při posledním byl již pacient téměř nezávislý - stupeň ADL 2.
