Jsem dostatečně trans? Negativní zkušenosti trans osob s českou sexuologií

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on exploring the negative experiences that trans people acquire at Czech sexology. The aim of the research was to obtain authentic accounts from trans people about their unpleasant experiences and to identify possible improvements in the care provided. For this purpose, eight semi-structured interviews were conducted, the analysis of which is divided into two parts corresponding to the two research questions - what unpleasant experiences trans people attain at Czech sexology and what would lead to greater satisfaction of trans people with Czech sexology. Communication partners described as unpleasant the crossing of boundaries, the overemphasis on sexuality or the uniformity of the process not allowing for individuality. A possible improvement for them would be if sexology also took on a supportive and therapeutic role. The satisfaction (or lack thereof) with sexological care provided to trans people is still a virtually unexplored topic in the Czech Republic. Thus, the thesis with its results contributes to the emerging knowledge in this area, while at the same time involves trans people in the creation of knowledge about their lives and experiences. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na prozkoumání negativních zkušeností, které si trans osoby odnášejí z české sexuologie. Cílem výzkumu bylo získat autentické výpovědi trans osob o jejich nepříjemných zkušenostech a identifikovat možná zlepšení poskytované péče. Pro tento účel bylo realizováno osm polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, jejichž analýza je rozdělena do dvou částí odpovídajících výzkumným otázkám - jaké nepříjemné zážitky si trans lidé odnáší z české sexuologie a co by vedlo k větší spokojenosti trans lidí na české sexuologii. Komunikační partnerstvo jako nepříjemné zážitky popisovalo překračování hranic, nadměrný důraz na sexualitu nebo uniformní proces neumožňující zohlednění individuality. Možným zlepšením by pro něj bylo, kdyby sexuologie zaujímala i podpůrnou a terapeutickou roli. Ne/spokojenost se sexuologickou péčí poskytovanou trans lidem je v České republice dosud prakticky neprobádaným tématem. Práce tak svými výsledky přispívákevznikajícímupoznánív tétooblasti,zároveňpřinášízapojení trans osob do tvorby vědění o jejich životech a zkušenostech.
