dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zaměřuje na překlady poezie z češtiny do němčiny v letech 1948-1989 z pohledu překladatelů a překladatelek, s přihlédnutím k jejich sociobiografickému zázemí a různorodým aktivitám. Při uplatnění přístupu orientovaného na překladatele jsou zvažovány motivace těchto překladatelů, které byly úzce spjaty s jejich osobními zájmy a kulturním, sociálním a symbolickým kapitálem, který do své práce vnášeli nebo jej z ní získávali. Kvantitativní analýza odhaluje společné rysy jazykových znalostí, biografie a nepřekladatelských aktivit těchto osob. Přesto jedinečnost každého z nich komplikuje snahy o stanovení kategorií překladatelů. Hlubší vhled do podmínek, v nichž tito překladatelé pracovali, umožňují dvě případové studie. První je věnována Konradu Balderu Schäuffelenovi, který na počátku své vlastní literární kariéry krátce působil jako překladatel poezie, a druhá sociobiografiím překladatelů laureáta Nobelovy ceny Jaroslava Seiferta. Obě případové studie obsahují i analýzu vybraných překladů s cílem popsat strategie, které překladatelé z různých kulturních prostředí při překládání poezie používají.	cs_CZ
dc.description.abstract	This thesis focuses on the poetry transfer from Czech to German between 1948 and 1989 from the perspective of the translators, taking into account their socio- biographical background and diverse activities. Applying an agent-oriented approach, the motivations of these translators are considered, as they were closely tied to their personal interests and the cultural, social and symbolic capital that they brought to or gained from their work. A quantitative analysis reveals commonalities across these individuals' linguistic knowledge, biographies and non-translation activities. Even so, the uniqueness of each person's trajectory complicates efforts to establish categories of translators. Two case studies provide a deeper insight into the conditions under which these translators worked. The first is dedicated to Konrad Balder Schäuffelen, who worked briefly as a poetry translator at the beginning of his own literary career, and the second to the socio-biographies of the translators of Nobel Prize leaureate Jaroslav Seifert. Both case studies include an analysis of selected translations in order to describe the strategies used by translators from different cultural backgrounds when translating poetry.	en_US
