dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast zapojování dětí a mládeže ze sociálně znevýhodněného prostředí do běžně dostupných volnočasových aktivit. Konkrétním tématem, kterému je věnována pozornost, je role sociálních služeb nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež v tomto inkluzivním procesu. Teoretická část se zaobírá problematikou sociálního znevýhodnění, volného času, inkluze, zejména pak inkluze sociálně znevýhodněných dětí a mládeže ve volnočasových aktivitách. Dále se zabývá charakteristikou a působností nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež, jejichž možnou roli v procesu volnočasové inkluze nahlíží zejména optikou osmého standardu kvality sociálních služeb. Cílem empirické části bylo zkoumat z úhlu pohledu pracovníků nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež poskytovaných ve Středočeském kraji, jak se inkluzivního zapojování dětí a mládeže ze sociálně znevýhodněného prostředí do běžných volnočasových aktivit tyto sociální služby účastní, jak pracovníci tuto roli vnímají a realizují, jaké jsou jejich postoje a zkušenosti. Jaké zdroje a překážky identifikují, a jak s nimi nakládají. Práce přinesla cenná zjištění o způsobech, jakými nízkoprahová zařízení pro děti a mládež uživatele svých služeb v tomto ohledu podporují. dc.description.abstract	The thesis focuses on the integration of children and youth from socially disadvantaged backgrounds into commonly available leisure activities. The specific subject of attention is the role of low-threshold social services for children and youth in this inclusive process. The theoretical part examines issues related to social disadvantage, leisure time, inclusion- particularly the inclusion of socially disadvantaged children and youth in leisure activities. Furthermore, it addresses the characteristics and scope of low-threshold facilities for children and youth, considering their potential role in the process of leisure inclusion through the lens of the eighth standard of quality in social services. The aim of the empirical part was to explore, from the perspective of workers in low-threshold facilities for children and youth in the Central Bohemian Region, how these social services participate in the inclusive integration of socially disadvantaged children and youth into regular leisure activities. It investigates how workers perceive and implement this role, their attitudes and experiences, the resources and obstacles they identify, and how they manage these challenges.
