Management národního podniku LADA po 2. Světové válce

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem národního podniku Lada, který se nacházel v Soběslavi a vyráběl šicí stroje. Předmětem zkoumání je analýza možností a limitů managementu podniku Lada v mantinelech socialistického hospodářství a centrálně plánované ekonomiky. Nastíním měnící se struktury národního podniku Lada v rámci snah o maximalizaci jeho výkonu (začleňování podniku do vyšších správních celků, a naopak jeho osamostatňování). Cílem je také přiblížit měnící se fungování podniku na pozadí nové legislativy a ekonomických reforem. Nebude opomenuta ani problematika exportu do (nejen) socialistického zahraničí v kontextu získávání zahraničních měn. Pramennou základnu tvoří především archiv podniku - zápisy z porad vedení, rozpis úkolů na 3. pětiletku, výroční zprávy VHJ Liberec, roční výkazy, výhledové plány, plány práce, plány technického rozvoje a závodní časopis Ladovák. Dále pracuji s odbornou literaturou, a dílčím způsobem také s literaturou popularizační.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the development of state-owned enterprise Lada which was located in Soběslav and made sewing machines. The subject of the research is an analysis of the possibilities and limits of the management of the Lada company within the framework of a socialist economy and a centrally planned economy. I will outline the changing structures of national enterprise Lada within efforts to maximization of its performance (inclusion of the company into the higher administrative units and on the contrary its path to independency). The aim is also to foreshadow how the company works in the background of changing legislation and economic reforms. I will not exclude the problematics of export not only to the socialist states in order to gain foreign currency. The source base was formed mainly by archive of the company - minutes of the management meetings, schedule of tasks for third five-year plan, annual reports of VHJ Liberec, annual reports, proceeding plans, plans of work, plans of technical development and business magazine Ladovák. I further work with academic literature and also with non-academic literature.
