Sociální práce s vojáky, válečnými veterány a jejich rodinami

Abstract

( esky): Tato bakaláYská práce se zamYuje na problematiku sociální práce s vojáky, vále nými veterány a jejich rodinami. Cílem této výzkumné sondy je analyzovat specifika oblasti sociálních slu eb, zejména v kontextu návratu vojáko do civilního ivota, Yeaení traumat spojených s vále nými zkuaenostmi a podporu rodin, které elí výzvám spojeným s vojenským prostYedím. V rámci bakaláYské práce je také popsána role sociálních pracovníko pYi poskytování podpory rodinám vojáko a vále ných veteráno. Identifikujeme specifické výzvy, kterým elí rodiny, a analyzujeme strategie sociální práce k posílení rodinných vztaho a zajiatní celkového blahobytu. Celkov lze konstatovat, e hlavním cílem této bakaláYské práce je pYispt k lepaímu pochopení a zlepaení sociální práce v této specifické oblasti vojenského prostYedí, s dorazem na podporu vojáko, veteráno a jejich rodin pYi pYekonávání výzev spojených s vojenskou slu bou a následným návratem do civilního ivota.

(in English): This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of social work with soldiers, war veterans and their families. The aim of this research probe is to analyze the specifics of the social services field, especially in the context of soldiers' return to civilian life, dealing with trauma associated with war experiences, and supporting families facing challenges associated with the military environment. The role of social workers in providing support to families of soldiers and war veterans is also described within the framework of the bachelor thesis. We identify specific challenges faced by families and analyze social work strategies to strengthen family relationships and ensure overall well-being. Overall, the main aim of this thesis is to contribute to a better understanding and improvement of social work in this specific area of the military environment, with an emphasis on supporting soldiers, veterans and their families in overcoming the challenges associated with military service and subsequent return to civilian life.
