Abstract

Název práce: Kriminalistické aspekty kriminality mládeže Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zabývá kriminalitou mládeže v České republice, přičemž zkoumá její charakteristické znaky a zvláštnosti jejího vyšetřování. Hlavním cílem bylo vytvořit ucelený pohled na příčiny, projevy a možnosti prevence této formy kriminality. K dosažení stanoveného cíle byla použita kombinace výzkumných metod zahrnující studium odborných publikací a právních předpisů, analýzu policejních statistik a soudních případů i rozhovory s odborníky z praxe. Kombinace těchto metod umožnila provést důkladnou analýzu dané problematiky a přispěla k rozšíření poznatků o kriminalistických aspektech kriminality mládeže. Práce spojuje teoretické poznatky s konkrétními případy a zkušenostmi z praxe. První kapitola definuje základní pojmy spojené s kriminalitou mládeže a popisuje její současnou strukturu v České republice. Obsahuje rozbor policejních statistik a soudní trestní agendy v jednotlivých letech. Druhá, třetí a čtvrtá kapitola se věnují jednotlivým oblastem metodiky vyšetřování protiprávních činů páchaných mládeží. Druhá část analyzuje osobnostní rysy a psychické vlastnosti pachatelů z řad mládeže a vliv rodinného a sociálního prostředí na formování jejich osobnosti. Title of the thesis: Criminalistic aspects of youth crime Abstract This thesis deals with youth crime in the Czech Republic, examining its characteristic features and the peculiarities of its investigation. The main aim was to create a comprehensive view of the causes, manifestations and possibilities for preventing this form of crime. In order to achieve the stated objective, a combination of multiple research methods was used, including the study of professional publications and legislation, analysis of police statistics and case law and interviews with experts from practice. The combination of these methods allowed for a thorough analysis of the issue and contributed to the expansion of knowledge on the criminalistic aspects of youth crime. The thesis combines theoretical knowledge with specific cases and experiences from practice. The first chapter defines basic terms related to youth crime and describes its current structure in the Czech Republic. It includes an analysis of police statistics and court criminal records in individual years. The second, third and fourth chapters are devoted to individual areas of the methodology of investigating unlawful acts committed by youth.
