Young adult literatura při výuce literatury

Abstract

(česky) Diplomová práce se zabývá obrazem mentálního handicapu v české young adult literatuře a reflektuje možnosti práce s obrazem mentálního handicapu v hodinách českého jazyka a literatury na 2. stupni základní školy - a to v rámci jazykové, slohové i literární výchovy. Motiv mentálního handicapu diplomová práce analyzuje na dílech pro děti a mládež vydaných po roce 2010. Jde o díla napsaná českými autorkami a oceněná prestižními literárními cenami (Zlatá stuha, Magnesia Litera), určená pro děti od 12 do 15 let. Interpretaci dat z výsledné analýzy zhodnotí práce v závěrečné úvaze nad vhodností vybraných děl pro práci v hodinách českého jazyka a literatury. Dále porovná specifika v zobrazování handicapu u jednotlivých autorek a nastíní možnosti pro práci se studenty na 2. stupni ZŠ v souladu s kritérii, která vymezuje rámcový vzdělávací program.

(English): The thesis examines the portrayal of mental disability in Czech young adult literature and explores the possibilities of working with the representation of mental disability in Czech language and literature lessons at the secondary school level - within linguistic, stylistic, and literary education. The thesis analyzes the theme of mental disability in works for children and young adults published after 2010. These are works written by Czech female authors, awarded prestigious literary prizes (Golden Ribbon, Magnesia Litera), and intended for readers aged 12 to 15. The interpretation of data from the analysis is evaluated in the final discussion on the suitability of the selected works for use in Czech language and literature classes. Furthermore, it compares the specifics of how disability is portrayed by individual authors and outlines possibilities for working with students in secondary school in accordance with criteria defined by the Framework Educational Program.
