Evaluace spokojenosti klientů Nízkoprahového pracovního a stabilizačního programu TP Sananim

Abstract

Východiska: Evaluace spokojenosti klientů je jedním z prostředků, jak získat zpětnou vazbu ke službám v Nízkoprahovém pracovním a stabilizačním programu provozovaným terénními programy Sananim. Klienti tak mají možnost vyjádřit své potřeby a sdělit zpětnou vazbu k jednotlivým službám. Cíle: Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit spokojenost klientů s Nízkoprahovým pracovním a stabilizačním programem. Zjišťovala jsem, jak jsou klienti spokojeni s nabídkou služeb, zda jim něco v rámci programu chybí a jaké mohou být jeho slabé stránky. Metody a výzkumný soubor: K získání dat jsem využila metodiku RAR - Rapid assesment and response. Data jsem sbírala pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s 21 klienty programu. Respondenty jsem vybrala záměrným výběrem přes instituci. Jednalo se o dospělé klienty terénních programů Sananim, kteří jsou injekčními uživateli drog, navštěvují Nízkoprahový pracovní a stabilizační program a souhlasí s účastí ve výzkumu. Během rozhovorů jsem si vedla poznámky v záznamovém archu a následně data převedla do elektronické podoby, ve které jsem provedla jejich obsahovou analýzu. Účast respondentů ve výzkumu byla dobrovolná a anonymní, bez nároku na odměnu. Výzkum byl schválen etickou komisí Kliniky adiktologie. Backgrounds: Client satisfaction evaluation is one of the means of obtaining feedback on services in the Low Threshold Work and Stabilization Program operated by Sananim's outreach programs. This gives clients the opportunity to express their needs and provide feedback on services. Aims: The aim of the research was to determine the satisfaction of clients with the Low Threshold Work and Stabilization Program. I wanted to find out how satisfied the clients were with the services offered, if there was anything missing from the program and what the weaknesses of the program might be. Methods and research set: I used the RAR - Rapid assesment and response methodology to obtain the data. I collected data through semi-structured interviews with 21 clients of the program. I selected respondents through purposive sampling across institutions. They were adult clients of Sananim outreach programs who are injecting drug users, attend the Low Threshold Work and Stabilization Program, and consented to participate in the research. During the interviews, I took notes on a recording sheet and then converted the data into an electronic format for content analysis.
