Metody financování NNO za účelem jejich role při prosazování lidských práv ve světě

Abstract

The thesis deals with the ways of financing foreign aid projects of non-profit organizations that promote human rights in the world and the reasons for their implementation. It primarily focuses on identifying the direction of private donor aid and the reasons why and whether private donors focus on non-state actors in foreign aid. The theoretical part focuses on key terms and concepts related to the non-profit sector, human rights, actors and forms of foreign cooperation, in the context of the methods of financing these projects. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of semi-structured interviews with representatives of non-profit organizations, supplemented by secondary document analysis. The aim of the thesis is to understand the possibilities of financing foreign aid projects in the international context and, in this context, to identify the reasons for the implementation of these projects and to find out whether and why private donors focus on countries other than the state or its foreign policy in the field of foreign aid.

Diplomová práce se zabývá způsoby financování projektů zahraniční pomoci neziskových organizací, které podporují lidská práva ve světě, a důvody pro jejich realizaci. Primárně se zaměřuje na zjištění směru pomoci soukromých dárců a důvody, proč a zda se soukromí dárci zaměřují v oblasti zahraniční pomoci na jiné země než stát. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na klíčové pojmy a koncepty související s neziskovým sektorem, lidskými právy, aktéry a formami zahraniční spolupráce, a to v souvislosti s metodami financování těchto projektů. Empirická část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupci neziskových organizací, která byla doplněna o sekundární analýzu dokumentů. Cílem práce je porozumět možnostem financování projektů zahraniční pomoci v mezinárodním kontextu a v souvislosti s tím identifikovat důvody pro realizaci těchto projektů a zjistit, zda a proč se soukromí dárci zaměřují v oblasti zahraniční pomoci na jiné země než stát, respektive jeho zahraniční politika.
