Abstract

Diplomová práce "Empowerment a demokracie" zkoumá koncept empowermentu v rámci demokratických teorií se zaměřením na mechanismy "voice" a "exit". Práce propojuje teoretické přístupy s analýzou občanské participace, přičemž zdůrazňuje rozdíly mezi integrační a agregační teorií demokracie. Cílem je identifikovat, jak tyto mechanismy ovlivňují empowerment občanské společnosti a demokratických procesů. Výzkum se zaměřuje na definování empowermentu jako klíčového prvku pro fungování inkluzivních a participativních demokratických struktur, s důrazem na praktické dopady v oblasti občanské angažovanosti a institucionálních rámců.
