| uk.abstract.en | Cinematography offers many possibilities for creating a subjective perception. One of these is the so-called shaky camera technique, which was created by the South African director Leslie Dektor and made famous by the director Mark Tinker in the television series from the 1990s NYPD Blue. Since then it has become widely used in action and war films. I wish to argue that this technique produces a visual effect that accurately reflects the actual phenomenological experience of the individual. | cs |
