vi Abstrakt Title: A case report of orthotic-prosthetic care for a patient with a diagnosis of bilateral transtibial amputation Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the theoretical knowledge about lower limb amputations and to elaborate a case study of orthotic- prosthetic care of a patient with a diagnosis of bilateral transtibial amputation. Methods: The bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The main goal of the theoretical part is to introduce the theoretical knowledge related to lower limb amputations. The practical part describes the cooperation with the patient from taking the medical history to making the prosthetic equipment. The practical part includes a description of the production of the prosthetics and ensuring the patient's self-sufficiency. The practical part is verbally and photographically documented as it was carried out during my practical training at PSP Prosthetics Sýkora Praha. Results: The case report was prepared within the framework of my professional practice in the company PSP Prosthetics Sýkora Praha. v Abstrakt Název: Kazuistika ortoticko - protetické péče o pacienta s diagnózou oboustranné transtibiální amputace Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků o amputacích dolních končetin a dále zpracování kazuistiky ortoticko - protetické péče o pacienta s diagnózou oboustranné transtibiální amputace. Metody: Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Hlavním úkolem teoretické části je seznámení s teoretickými poznatky, které se vztahují k amputacím dolních končetin. V praktické části je popis spolupráce s pacientem od odebrání anamnézy až po vyhotovení protetického vybavení. Praktická část zahrnuje popis výroby pomůcky a zajištění soběstačnosti pacienta. Praktická část je slovně i fotograficky zdokumentována tak, jak probíhala během mé odborné praxe na pracovišti PSP Protetika Sýkora Praha. Výsledky: Kazuistika byla zpracována v rámci plnění mé odborné praxe ve společnosti PSP Protetika Sýkora Praha. Výsledkem práce je zhotovená nová protetická pomůcka, která pomůže pacientovi v běžných denních činnostech. Klíčová slova: amputace, transtibiální, protetika, protéza, kazuistika
