Systémová podpora resocializace osob po výkonu trestu odnětí svobody v oblasti zaměstnávání na otevřeném trhu práce v kontextu postpenitenciární péče

Abstract

(česky) Tato rigorózní práce řeší možnosti pracovního uplatnění osob opouštějících výkon trestu odnětí svobody a popisuje důležitost přítomnosti zaměstnání a jeho přínosy v procesu úspěšné resocializace. Výzkum popsaný v této práci probíhal na základě kombinace kvalitativní i kvantitativní výzkumné metody, kdy rozhovory se zaměstnavateli byly doplněny analýzou pracovních nabídek jednoho z největších českých webových pracovních portálů. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že většina zaměstnavatelů je otevřena možnosti zaměstnávat osoby se záznamem v rejstříku trestů, což je detailně rozebráno v části práce věnované výzkumnému projektu. (English) This rigorous thesis deals with the employment opportunities of persons leaving prison, and describes the importance of the presence of employment and its benefits in the process of successful resocialization. The research of the thesis was based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, where interviews with employers were complemented by an analysis of job offers on one of the largest Czech job portals. The research results showed that most employers are open to the possibility of employing people with criminal records, which is described in detail in the research project section of this thesis.
