Klinické testy pro vyšetření stability krční páteře

Abstract

The focus of this thesis are clinical tests for examining the stability of the cervical spine and their diagnostic parameters. The aim of the thesis was to summarize the knowledge about these tests and then to find out the knowledge and use of these tests among Czech physiotherapists through a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part is centred on kinesiology of the cervical spine, instability of the cervical spine and the tests themselves. The practical part contains a questionnaire survey and a case study of patient suffering from chronic cervical spine pain. The questionnaire survey was carried out in the form of a non-standardized questionnaire. Thirty-six respondents took part in the survey. Of these, fifteen respondents (41 %) did not know any of the questioned tests and could not use any test. Among the respondents, the most known (twenty one respondents), used (thirteen respondents) and preferred (ten respondents) was the deep neck flexors endurance test. Práce se zabývá klinickými testy na vyšetření stability krční páteře a jejich diagnostickými parametry. Cílem práce bylo shrnout dosavadní poznatky o těchto testech a následně skrze dotazníkové šetření zjistit znalost a používání těchto testů mezi českými fyzioterapeuty. Teoretická část se zabývá kineziologií krční páteře, instabilitou krční páteře a samotnými testy. Praktická část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření a kazuistiku pacientky s chronickou bolestí krční páteře. Dotazníkové šetření proběhlo formou nestandardizovaného dotazníku. Dotazníkového šetření se zúčastnilo třicet šest respondentů. Patnáct respondentů (41 %) žádný z dotazovaných testů neznalo a neumělo žádný test použít. Mezi respondenty byl nejvíce známý (dvaceti jedna respondenty), používaný (třinácti respondenty) a preferovaný (deseti respondenty) test výdrže hlubokých flexorů krční páteře. Při interpretaci těchto výsledků je nutné přihlédnout k nedostatečnému počtu respondentů. Pacientka podstoupila vstupní vyšetření, čtyři terapeutické jednotky v průběhu tří týdnů a výstupní vyšetření. Vyšetřena byla skrze vybrané klinické testy a další vyšetřovací metody. Pacientka také vyplnila českou verzi dotazníku neck disability index (NDI). U pacientky došlo k subjektivnímu zlepšení, zvýšení rozsahů krční páteře nejvýrazněji u lateroflexí...
