Klíčová slova: informační chování, informační potřeba, uživatelé Knihovny FF UK, elektronické informační zdroje Abstrakt: Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na informační chování uživatelů Knihovny Filozofické fakulty Univerzity Karlovy a jejich práci s elektronickými informačními zdroji (EIZ) a také vliv na informační gramotnost uživatelů. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak uživatelé vyhledávají, hodnotí, používají a sdílejí informace prostřednictvím EIZ v knihovně a jaké faktory ovlivňují jejich využívání. Metodologicky práce vycházela z kvantitativního výzkumu, který zahrnoval dotazníkové šetření mezi uživateli knihovny. Dotazník se zaměřil na zjištění frekvence používání EIZ, způsobů vyhledávání informací a hodnocení kvality získaných informací. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že většina uživatelů považuje EIZ za užitečný a hodnotný nástroj pro získávání informací, přičemž 72,5 % respondentů uvedlo, že nemají problémy s používáním těchto zdrojů. Pouze 25 % respondentů občas potřebuje pomoc knihovníků při využívání EIZ, což poukazuje na určitou míru samostatnosti uživatelů. Key words: information behaviour, information need, users of the FF UK Library, electronic information resources Abstract: This bachelor's thesis focuses on the information behavior of users of the Library of the Faculty of Arts at Charles University and their work with electronic information resources (EIR), as well as its impact on users' information literacy. The aim of the thesis was to find out how users search for, evaluate, use, and share information through EIR in the library, and what factors influence their usage. Methodologically, the thesis was based on quantitative research, which included a survey among library users. The questionnaire focused on determining the frequency of EIR use, methods of information searching, and evaluation of the quality of the obtained information. The research results showed that most users consider EIR to be a useful and valuable tool for obtaining information, with 72.5% of respondents indicating that they have no problems using these resources. However, only 25% of respondents occasionally need help from librarians in using EIR, which points to a certain degree of user independence.
