dc.description.abstract	Tato práce obsahuje poznatky o expertním zázemí českých politických stran ODS, ANO 2011 a STAN. Autor práce se zde zaměřuje na experty uvnitř i vně stran, kteří nejsou běžným voličům známí. Poukazuje na odporníky, kteří spolupracují s těmito stranami a utváří tak jejich politiku následně reprezentovanou hlavními tvářemi a volenými politiky těchto stran. Rozebírá postupy a hierarchii, kterou jsou jednotlivé odborné složky uvnitř stran řízeny a rozkrývá, jak funguje spolupráce s mládežnickými organizacemi a think tanky a vládními úřady. Práce byla řešena pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s představiteli jednotlivých politických strna a jejich experty. Závěrem mé práce jsou poznatky o vnitřním fungování expertních kapacit v poltiických strnách a popis jejich práce.	cs_CZ
dc.description.abstract	This thesis contains knowledge about the expert background of the Czech political parties ODS, ANO 2011 and STAN. The author of the thesis here focuses on experts inside and outside the parties who are not known to ordinary voters. It points to the opponents who cooperate with these parties and thus shape their policies subsequently represented by the main faces and elected politicians of these parties. It analyzes the procedures and hierarchy by which the individual professional components within the parties are managed and reveals how cooperation with youth organizations and think tanks and government offices works. The work was solved using semi-structured interviews with representatives of individual political parties and their experts. The conclusion of my work is knowledge about the internal functioning of expert capacities in political parties and a description of their work.	en_US
