Bookstart - analýza projektu na podporu dětského čtenářství v Nizozemsku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu projektu Boekstart v Nizozemsku. V první části je poskytnut náhled na současné fungování systémů veřejných knihoven. Představen je zde historický vývoj, legislativní rámec a struktura systému tamějších knihoven, s příhlédnutím ke knihovnickým asociacím a organizacím. Druhá část se věnovala analýze nizozemské verze mezinárodního projektu Bookstart, jež byl vytvořen za účelem podpory čtenářství u dětí v předškolním věku. V praktické části byly analyzovány informace z dostupných dokumentů a webových stránek. Prezentovány zde byly dílčí podprojekty, spolupracující instituce, financování a efektivita projektu na zvyšování gramotnosti u dětí. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty hlavní poznatky vycházející ze stanovených výzkumných otázek.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the Boekstart project in the Netherlands. In the first part, an overview of the current functioning of public library systems is provided. The historical development, legislative framework and structure of the local library system are presented here, taking into account library associations and organizations. The second part was devoted to the analysis of the Dutch version of the international Bookstart project, which was created for the purpose of supporting reading in preschool children. In the practical part, information from available documents and websites was analyzed. The sub-parts of the project, cooperating institutions, financing and effectiveness of the project on increasing literacy among children were presented here. At the end of the work, the main findings based on the established research questions are summarized.
