| uk.abstract.en | We can perceive peace as one of the most beautiful ideals of humanity, but also as a prerequisite for the survival of humanity. New weapons that were developed during the 20th century have the poten tial not only to kill the enemy, but also to destroy humanity as a whole. At the same time, the destruction of life on Earth does not have to be a direct intervention of war arsenal, but e.g. also as a result of further environmental pollution. Peace, the possibilities of its construction and maintenance thus naturally became a subject of interest for social work.

| uk.abstract.original | Mier môžeme vnímať ako jeden z najkrajších ideálov ľudstva, ale aj ako predpoklad pre prežitie ľud stva. Nové zbrane, ktoré boli vyvinuté v priebehu 20. storočia, majú potenciál nielen zabiť nepriateľa, ale aj zničiť ľudstvo ako celok. K zničeniu života na Zemi pritom nemusí prísť priamym zásahom voj nového arzenálu, ale napríklad aj následkom ďalšieho znečistenia životného prostredia. Mier, mož nosti jeho budovania a udržania sa tak prirodzene stali aj predmetom záujmu sociálnej práce. Cieľom
príspevku, ktorý má charakter vedeckej eseje, je priblížiť vplyv mierového konceptu na vývoj v sociál nej práci. Pri spracovaní príspevku boli použité všeobecné metódy vedeckej práce. | cs |
